exchange policy

Thank you so much for taking the time to read through our policies!

As a small business, we appreciate your support and understanding that we offer exchanges only, no refunds.

If you feel at all hesitant about the style, fit, material, etc, of any item available for purchase on our website, please do feel free to call us at (828) 299 - 2751 or write us at shopelementality@gmail.com with any questions you may have! We have a team of extremely knowledgeable stylists who are more than happy to help!

We will exchange an item within 30 days of the product's purchase (date on receipt). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same brand-new condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packaging (if applicable) with tags still attached. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but directly to our brick and mortar location.

If you simply wish to exchange your item for another size, please write us with instructions at shopelementality@gmail.com.

Once your item has been received and inspected by Elementality, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

We will process your exchange or follow up with you ASAP. If the item you wish to receive in exchange has already sold out, we will contact you for further specifications.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the exchange process. If you are shipping an item over $50 back to Elementality, we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if loss in shipping should occur, Elementality is not responsible for compensation.
