shipping & exchange policies

SHIPPING

Orders within the US qualify for a flat rate of $9 through USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time is typically 1-3 business days (does not include processing time).
Orders that consist of entirely ready-to-ship items will be processed on our end within 5 business days. All made-to-order items take 2-10 business days to be processed. If your purchase contains a made-to-order item, your entire order will ship together once the item is complete.

For all orders outside of the US, rates will be calculated through USPS shipping service. You will have the option between USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, or Priority Mail Express International. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks (& sometimes more) depending on your location & selected shipping rate.

IN STORE PICK-UP

If you are local to the Asheville area, you have the option of selecting "in store pick-up" during checkout. All orders will be held for 30 days, unless you have communicated with a manager about an exception. We will send at least one reminder for you to pick up your items, but at the 30 day mark, we will issue you a store credit and your items will go back onto the sales floor.

EXCHANGES

As a small business, we appreciate your support and understanding that we offer exchanges only, no refunds.

If you feel at all hesitant about the style, fit, material, etc, of any item available for purchase on our website, please do feel free to call us at (828) 299-2751 or write us at  with any questions you may have! We have a team of extremely knowledgeable stylists who are more than happy to help!

We will exchange an item within 30 days of the product's purchase (date on receipt). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same brand-new condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packaging (if applicable) with tags still attached. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but directly to our brick and mortar location.

Once your item has been received and inspected by Elementality, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We will process your exchange or follow up with you ASAP. If the item you wish to receive in exchange has already sold out, we will contact you for further specifications.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the exchange process. If you are shipping an item over $50 back to Elementality, we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if loss in shipping should occur, Elementality is not responsible for compensation.
